Danko Jones est trio hard rock métal alternatif de Toronto, Canada, formé en 1996. Danko Jones revendique l'influence de groupes tels que Kiss, Thin Lizzy, The Ramones, Slayer, AC/DC ou Motörhead. Leur musique est un mélange de hard rock, de blues et de punk.

Korn (habituellement typographié KoЯn pour coller au logo officiel) est considéré comme le groupe à l'origine du mouvement que l'on appelle néo metal, avec Deftones. Le groupe a été fondé en 1993 à Bakersfield, banlieue de Los Angeles. Groupe forgé à la scène, KoЯn sort son premier album (KOЯN) homonyme de manière quelque peu confidentielle en 1994. Il connaît progressivement un engouement certain et KoЯn devient la figure de proue des nouveaux groupes de néo metal, aux côtés des Deftones, System of a Down, et Slipknot.

John Michael Osbourne, plus connu sous le nom de Ozzy Osbourne, est un chanteur de heavy metal britannique. Il est également surnommé « The Prince of Darkness » (« le Prince des Ténèbres ») en référence aux frasques de sa vie privée et de ses prestations sur scène. Il est connu à la fois pour sa carrière musicale solo, qui se poursuit toujours, et pour son rôle au sein de Black Sabbath, l'un des plus célèbres groupes de métal.
