Saxon est un groupe de heavy metal et de Hard Rock anglais. Débutant au milieu des années 70 dans le Yorkshire, formé à Barsnley (près de Sheffield) en Angleterre (Royaume-Uni), à la même époque que des groupes comme Iron Maiden ou Def Leppard. Bien qu’ayant connu une période moins populaire dans les années 1990, le groupe a retrouvé une seconde jeunesse.
